These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mukaabskyscraper.com (the “Site”), operated by Mukaab Skyscraper, a publication of The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

20. Dispute Resolution Details

20.1 Informal Resolution

20.2 Arbitration Procedures

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

20.3 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
